♡ Orders & Processing

All items are made and packaged with care from my home studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

♡ Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping may not include full tracking. Once your order is marked as shipped, Bow & Brand is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages.

♡ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right ♡

♡ Product Details

All designs are hand-drawn and colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing variations.

All artwork is for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed in any form.

♡ Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have
been processed. If you need to make a
change please contact us immediately at
sarina@bowandbrand.com and we'll do
our best to help.

At Bow & Brand, each item is thoughtfully designed, printed, and packaged with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

♡ Pre-order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours
of purchase. After 24 hours all pre-orders
are final as items are reserved specifically
for you.

♡ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

♡ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Bow & Brand is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. If your order has not arrived, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.

♡ Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
