REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

At Bow & Brand each item is thoughtfully designed and packaged with care. 

♡ All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns 
or exchanges at this time.

♡ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us 
within 7 days of delivery at sarina@bowandbrand.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue

We will happily offer a replacement or store credit.

♡ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped Bow & Brand is not responsible for postal delays 
or lost packages. Please contact your local USPS office for assistance. If you 
need additional help reach out to us at sarina@bowandbrand.com 🌸

♡ Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours all pre-orders 
are final as items are reserved specifically for you.

♡ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please contact us 
immediately at sarina@bowandbrand.com if you need to make a change and we will 
do our best to help.
