Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

♡ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods
processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

♡ Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS from West Covina, California. Standard shipping does not include real-time tracking as we use USPS First Class Mail with a forever stamp to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

♡ Shipping Rates
Orders under $35 — Standard shipping calculated at checkout based on weight
Orders $35 and over — FREE shipping automatically applied at checkout 

♡ Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS processing times.

♡ Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items ship separately from other products in your order. The estimated ship date for pre-orders is noted on each product page.

♡ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been marked as shipped Bow & Brand is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact your local USPS office for assistance. If you need additional help please reach out to us at sarina@bowandbrand.com
