TERMS OF SERVICE 

Welcome to Bow & Brand! By placing an order or using our website you agree to the 
following terms. Please read them carefully.

♡ About Us
Bow & Brand is a small women-owned shop based in West Covina, California. All
designs are hand-drawn and created by Sarina Arceo.

♡ Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods
processing may take up to 5–7 business days. By completing your purchase you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

♡ Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided
in good faith and may be subject to change. We will notify customers of any significant
delays. Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours
pre-orders are final.

♡ Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

♡ Shipping
Orders ship via USPS from West Covina California. Standard shipping does not
include real-time tracking. Once an order is marked as shipped Bow & Brand is not
responsible for postal delays lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

♡ Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order
number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

♡ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please contact us
immediately at sarina@bowandbrand.com if you need assistance.

♡ Intellectual Property
All artwork designs and graphics on this site are the original work of Bow & Brand
and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy reproduce resell or redistribute any designs without written permission. All purchases are for personal use only.

♡ Limitation of Liability
Bow & Brand is not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising
from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

♡ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California United States.

♡ Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website
constitutes acceptance of any changes.
